Ordering a semi-custom invitation suite from Fior Design Studio means you get the best of both worlds: intentional design featuring beautiful watercolor art, and a streamlined process that takes the stress off your plate. Each suite is printed on premium paper using professional methods—no guesswork, no generic templates. Just beautiful watercolor artwork printed with the highest quality materials to set the tone for your big day.
How it works
Step 1
Choose your favorite design and print method, then Fior Design Studio will Email you a link to fill out a form gathering all of your invitation details.
Step 2
Next, Fior will personalize your suite with your information submitted and send a digital proof for your review. You’ll have a chance to look it over and make sure everything sounds just right. This process takes 5-7 business days depending on the number of revisions requested.
After your approval, I’ll handle the rest—from prepping the files to coordinating with my trusted print vendors.
Step 3
Your finished suite will arrive at your doorstep in 2-4 weeks from proof approval (depending on your print method), ready to wow your guests from the very first moment. Foil and letterpress prints will always take longer to print so please take that into account when deciding when to place your order.

Flat
Digital print in full color ink with flat artwork and text.
Make some (or all) of your text pop with a shiny foil stamp. Almost any metallic color you can think of is available!
Foil
A beautiful textural experience for guests to feel the indentation of the text on the paper as they open your invitation suite. This process takes extra time and care. A custom die is ordered and is stamped on each individual invitation with special letterpress machine.

I would recommend ordering 5 months prior to your wedding date if possible, and 6-8 months prior if you’re interested in a fully custom design.
At the very latest, you could probably get away with placing an order 4 months before your wedding date, but that doesn’t leave much wiggle room.
You should aim to mail your invitations out 10-12 weeks prior to your wedding date. That means if you order 5 months prior to your wedding date, that gives Fior Design Studio a full month for design, revisions, printing and shipping. Plus, you get a full month to add your own ribbons/embellishments, and/or hand-address your envelopes, and don’t forget the time it takes for stamping and sealing!

Great question, this is because I am a boutique wedding studio focused on delivering the highest quality paper products. Each design begins with hand-painted art and then is scanned in and modified to become the final pieces you see here.
